These documents govern your use of Tasklify, operated by Tasklify Ltd. Last updated 28 September 2026. Earlier versions are available on request.

Summary in plain words (not a substitute for the full text): Tasklify is a marketplace where Employers post small online tasks and Workers complete them for a reward. Joining is free. Free accounts may complete up to 3 tasks per day; Tasklify Plus is an optional monthly subscription (US$3.99 for the first month, then US$9.99 per month) that removes the cap. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. Employer deposits are paid by card via Stripe. Worker earnings are withdrawn in USDT.

Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Tasklify (the “Service”, available at tasklify.app and related subdomains and applications) is operated by Tasklify Ltd. (“Tasklify”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number [to be inserted], registered office [address to be inserted]. You can contact us at [email protected] (legal notices) or [email protected] (general support).

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Tasklify consisting of these Terms of Service, the Subscription & Refund Policy, the Payments & Payouts Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally capable of entering into contracts. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list. We may require identity verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is completed.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

3. What Tasklify is (and is not)

Tasklify is an online marketplace and technology platform. Users who post tasks (“Employers”) and users who complete tasks (“Workers”) contract directly with each other for each task. Tasklify is not a party to that contract, is not an employer, staffing agency, or agent of any user, and does not supervise, direct or control Workers’ work. Nothing in the Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship between you and Tasklify or between you and any other user.

Tasklify provides the platform, hosts task listings, facilitates communication, holds Employer funds pending task approval, processes rewards and payouts, and offers dispute-resolution assistance as described in Section 8. Tasklify does not guarantee that any task will be posted, reserved, completed, approved or paid, or that any user will earn any particular amount.

4. Accounts

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing an account, or using another person’s account is prohibited and may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances under Section 11. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure; notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Account types: Free (no charge; up to three (3) task submissions per rolling 24-hour period, reset at 00:00 UTC), and Tasklify Plus (paid subscription; see the Subscription & Refund Policy). Both Free and Plus accounts may post tasks as an Employer after depositing funds.

5. Employer obligations

If you post a task you: (a) must describe the work, the required proof and any eligibility restrictions clearly and completely before a Worker reserves it; (b) must pre-fund the full reward for all requested slots plus the Tasklify service fee (currently 12% of the total rewards) and any optional Boost fee (currently 20%); (c) must review submissions within the review period you selected (24 hours to 7 days) and approve every submission that reasonably satisfies the published instructions; (d) may reject only for a legitimate reason related to the published instructions, stated in writing; (e) may not post tasks prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy; and (f) are solely responsible for ensuring your task and its outcome comply with applicable law and the terms of any third-party platform involved.

If auto-approve is enabled, submissions not reviewed within the review period are approved automatically and the reward is released. If auto-approve is disabled and you fail to review within the period, Tasklify may, at its discretion, approve the submission on your behalf. Unused funds for unfilled slots are returned to your Tasklify balance when a task is closed or expires; funds committed to reserved slots are held until those submissions are resolved.

6. Worker obligations

If you complete tasks you: (a) must follow the task instructions exactly and submit only genuine, first-hand proof of work you personally performed; (b) must not use bots, emulators, VPNs to misrepresent your location, purchased accounts, or automation to complete or submit tasks; (c) must not submit the same proof to multiple tasks or the same task more than the permitted number of times; (d) must complete a reserved task within the time limit shown, after which the reservation expires and the slot is released; and (e) acknowledge that rewards are earned only upon approval by the Employer (or auto-approval) and that rejected submissions earn nothing unless a dispute is resolved in your favour.

You are an independent contractor of the Employer for each task. You are solely responsible for any taxes, social contributions or reporting obligations on amounts you earn. Tasklify does not withhold taxes and does not issue employment documents, but may be required to report payouts to tax authorities and may request tax identification information.

7. Fees

Joining Tasklify and completing tasks is free of charge. Employers pay the service fee and any Boost fee described in Section 5, which are shown in full before a task is published and are non-refundable once the task is published, except as required by law. Subscription fees for Tasklify Plus are described in the Subscription & Refund Policy. Network fees on USDT withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawn amount and displayed before you confirm. We may change fees prospectively with at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app notice; changes do not affect tasks already published or subscription periods already paid.

8. Disputes between users

A Worker whose submission is rejected may open a dispute within 7 days of the rejection. Both parties may submit evidence. Tasklify will review the published instructions and the proof provided and issue a decision, normally within 48 hours. Tasklify’s decision is final for purposes of releasing or returning the held reward. Repeated unjustified rejections by an Employer, or repeated unfounded disputes by a Worker, may result in account restrictions.

Tasklify’s dispute service is provided as a convenience and does not make Tasklify liable for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any task.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post (task descriptions, proof, messages). You grant Tasklify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and transmit that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the Service, and to share proof of work with the relevant Employer. You warrant that you have all rights needed to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third party’s rights.

The Service, its software, design, logos and the Tasklify name are owned by Tasklify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

10. Referral programme

Workers may share a personal referral link. For each referred user who registers via the link and is not otherwise an existing user, the referrer receives 2% of the net rewards approved to the referred user during the first 180 days after they register, funded by Tasklify from its service fee, and the referred user receives a one-time US$0.50 welcome bonus credited after their first approved task. Referral earnings are withdrawable under the same conditions as task rewards. Self-referral, referral of duplicate accounts, incentivised or misleading referral marketing, and spam are prohibited and result in forfeiture of referral earnings. We may modify or end the programme at any time with 14 days’ notice; earned amounts are honoured.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Profile or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel tasks, or withhold or reverse balances if we reasonably believe you have breached the Agreement, engaged in fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, or if required by law or a payment partner. Where a breach involves fraud, multiple accounts, automation or fake proof, any unpaid balance derived from that conduct is forfeited and Employers’ related deposits are returned to them.

On termination for any other reason, Workers may withdraw approved balances above the minimum within 30 days, and Employers’ uncommitted deposits are returned to their original payment method (or to a verified USDT address if the original method is unavailable), less any applicable network fees. Sections 3, 7, 9, 12–16 survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasklify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any task will be available, approved or paid. Tasklify does not endorse any user or task. Tasklify is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (for example, the suspension of a social-media account as a result of a task) or for the availability of cryptocurrency networks.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in the Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Tasklify will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any loss arising from the conduct of other users. Tasklify’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Tasklify in that period and (b) US$100.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Tasklify, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your tasks, your breach of the Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and disputes with Tasklify

The Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter for 30 days. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it.

16. Changes, notices and general

We may update the Agreement. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email and/or in-app notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Notices to you are sent to the email on your account. You may not assign the Agreement; we may assign it to an affiliate or successor. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Tasklify regarding the Service. The English version prevails over any translation.

Subscription & Refund Policy (Tasklify Plus)

Effective 28 September 2026 · Merchant of record: Tasklify Ltd. · Card processing by Stripe

1. What you get

Tasklify Plus is an optional digital subscription service that, for the duration of a paid period, (a) removes the three-tasks-per-day limit; (b) gives early access (normally one hour) to tasks with a reward of US$1.00 or more; (c) adds a 5% bonus, funded by Tasklify, to every reward approved during the period, up to US$5 per calendar month; (d) processes withdrawal requests instantly (normally broadcast on-chain within minutes) rather than within 24 hours; and (e) provides priority support. Plus does not guarantee the availability of any task, any level of earnings, or approval of any submission.

2. Price and billing

The introductory price is US$3.99 for the first month, available once per person. After the first month, the subscription renews automatically at US$9.99 per month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise at checkout; your bank may apply currency-conversion fees. Payment is by credit or debit card (and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. Tasklify does not receive or store your full card number.

By subscribing you authorise Tasklify, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Your card statement will show “TASKLIFY.APP”. If a renewal payment fails we will retry over up to 7 days and notify you; if it still fails, Plus features are switched off and your account reverts to Free, you are never charged for a period you did not receive.

3. Immediate start and your right of withdrawal

Plus features are activated immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request that we start supplying the service immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We keep a record of this consent.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Profile → Plan → Cancel or by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Plus features until then and are not charged again. We do not offer partial-period cancellations or pro-rated refunds. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription for future periods.

5. Refunds

Because Plus is a digital service supplied immediately and consumed continuously, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including the introductory payment, renewals you forgot to cancel, and periods in which you did not use the Service. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service was not provided in conformity with the contract.

We will refund a payment in the following cases only: (a) the Service was materially unavailable to you for more than 72 consecutive hours in the billing period due to a fault on our side; (b) you were charged after we confirmed your cancellation in writing; (c) a duplicate charge for the same period; or (d) where a refund is required by applicable law. Requests must be sent to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and include the transaction date and the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we will provide Stripe with our records, including your checkout consent, IP address, timestamps and usage logs. Accounts with a chargeback that is found to be unjustified may be suspended and any unpaid balance used to offset the disputed amount and associated fees.

6. Price changes and promotions

We may change the renewal price with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then. Promotional prices apply only for the stated period and only once per person; attempts to obtain a promotion repeatedly (for example through additional accounts) result in cancellation of the promotion and may result in termination.

7. Suspension for breach

If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy during a paid period, no refund is due for the remainder of that period.

Payments & Payouts Policy

Employer deposits, Worker balances and USDT withdrawals

1. Employer deposits

Employers add funds by card via Stripe (minimum US$10). Deposited funds are credited to your Tasklify balance immediately and may be used only to fund tasks and fees on the platform. A one-time 10% bonus, up to US$5, is added to your first deposit; bonus funds may be used for tasks but are not withdrawable or refundable.

Deposited (non-bonus) funds that have not been committed to a published task may be refunded to the original payment method on request within 90 days of the deposit, less any Stripe processing fees actually incurred by us. Funds committed to a published task are subject to Section 5 of the Terms of Service. Tasklify is not a bank; balances are not deposits, do not earn interest and are not covered by any deposit-guarantee scheme.

2. Worker balances

A reward is credited to your available balance when the Employer approves your submission or when auto-approval applies. Pending (unreviewed) rewards are shown separately and are not withdrawable. Balances are denominated in US dollars.

3. Withdrawals in USDT

Withdrawals are paid in USDT (Tether) on the network you select (currently TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Solana or TON). Minimum withdrawal is US$5. Network fees are shown before confirmation and deducted from the amount sent. Free accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request; Plus accounts are processed instantly, normally broadcast on-chain within minutes, subject to the compliance holds described below and network availability.

You are solely responsible for entering a correct wallet address on the correct network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Tasklify cannot recover funds sent to an address or network you specified incorrectly, and such amounts are not reimbursed. We recommend sending a small test amount first.

We may delay, hold or decline a withdrawal, and may request identity documents, where required by anti-money-laundering, sanctions or fraud-prevention obligations, where activity appears inconsistent with the Agreement, or where a payment partner requires it. Withdrawals to sanctioned addresses or mixers are refused. The USD value of USDT is treated as 1:1 for platform purposes; Tasklify is not responsible for market fluctuations after the transfer is broadcast.

4. Inactive balances

If an account has had no login for 24 months and holds a withdrawable balance, we will email the registered address three times over 90 days. If the balance remains unclaimed thereafter, we may deduct a monthly maintenance fee of US$1 until the balance is exhausted, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes on amounts you earn or spend through the Service. Where required by law (for example under DAC7 in the EU or equivalent regimes), we may collect tax identification details and report seller information to tax authorities.

Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not be posted or done on Tasklify

1. Prohibited tasks

Employers may not post tasks that require or encourage: (a) illegal activity in any relevant jurisdiction; (b) fraud, deception of third parties, fake reviews presented as genuine consumer experiences in violation of consumer-protection law, or manipulation of ratings on platforms that prohibit it; (c) creating accounts with false identities, buying or selling accounts, or circumventing another platform’s security, CAPTCHA, KYC or age checks; (d) clicking ads or generating artificial traffic for ad-revenue purposes; (e) harassment, hate speech, threats or defamation; (f) sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or adult-content promotion; (g) malware distribution, phishing, credential harvesting or unauthorised data collection; (h) gambling, lending, investment schemes, crypto “airdrop farming” or multi-level-marketing recruitment; (i) processing of personal data of third parties without a lawful basis; (j) content that infringes intellectual-property rights; or (k) any activity that would expose Workers to legal risk or harm.

2. Third-party platform rules

Many tasks involve services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, Google Play or the App Store. Both Employers and Workers must comply with those services’ terms. Tasklify does not encourage and is not responsible for any action a third-party platform takes against an account as a result of a task. Employers should design tasks around genuine engagement (real installs, honest opinions, actual usage) rather than deceptive engagement.

3. Prohibited Worker conduct

Workers may not: use automation, scripts, emulators or bot farms; misrepresent their country or device; submit fabricated, edited or reused proof; operate more than one account; collude with Employers to extract bonuses or referral payments; or attempt to contact Employers outside the platform to bypass fees.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, cancel tasks, withhold funds derived from violations, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent bans. To report a task or user, use “Report this task” on the task page or email [email protected].
