Post small tasks and get real people to do them

Some work is too small to hire for and too tedious to do yourself: fifty people installing your app, two hundred survey answers, a spreadsheet of product details to check. Tasklify lets you post small tasks like these, send them to a crowd of real people on real devices, and pay only for the submissions you approve.

Who posts tasks on Tasklify

Most employers on Tasklify are small teams that need human input quickly and cannot justify a recruiting agency or a research panel contract:

• App developers and indie studios who want installs, first-run checks and bug reports from phones they do not own.
• Product and UX people who need a quick read on whether strangers can get through a sign-up or checkout flow.
• Founders and marketers validating an idea with a short survey before spending on a launch.
• Operations teams and e-commerce sellers with a backlog of lookups, listings or data cleanup that splits neatly into rows.
• Researchers and students who need a convenience sample of respondents for a pilot study.

What these jobs share: each unit of work is short, can be described in a few numbered steps, and produces something you can check, such as a screenshot, a link, a text answer or a file.

How posting a task works

1. Top up your balance. Create a business account and add funds by card through Stripe. The minimum top-up is $10, and your first deposit earns a 10% bonus up to $5 for tasks.
2. Create the task. Pick a category, write a clear title and numbered steps, choose the proof you need, and set the reward, the number of people and the estimated time.
3. Target the right people. Limit the task by country, device, minimum approval rate, completed-task count, Plus membership and repeat rules, and pick a time limit and review window.
4. Publish. Publishing pre-funds the reward budget plus the 12% service fee. The task appears in the feed of every eligible worker, immediately or at a scheduled start time.
5. Review submissions. Check each proof, approve good work one by one or in bulk, reject with a written reason, or ask for changes once.
6. Pay only for approved work. Rewards leave your budget only when you approve (or auto-approve kicks in). Unused slots go back to your balance when the task closes or expires.

Pricing at a glance

There is no subscription for businesses. You decide the reward per person; Tasklify adds a 12% service fee on top of the reward budget, and you can add a 20% Boost to pin the task to the top of the feed. Rewards can be anything from $0.05 to $100 per submission. A few typical orders:

How quality control works

You are never paying for effort in the abstract; you are paying for proof that matches your instructions. The tools that make that possible:

• Proof types you choose: screenshot, text answer, link, username or email, screen recording, or file upload up to 20 MB.
• A review window you set of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or 7 days, with optional auto-approve if you do not get to a submission in time.
• Approve, bulk-approve, reject or request changes. Rejections need a written reason; a change request gives the worker one chance to fix the submission.
• Automatic fraud flags on submissions that reuse a file or text already sent by someone else.
• Blocking for workers you do not want on your future tasks, and eligibility filters such as a minimum approval rate.
• Fair disputes: a worker can dispute a rejection, you can respond, and Tasklify decides, normally within 48 hours.

What you can’t post

Tasklify is for genuine work. We remove tasks, and can close employer accounts, that ask for:

• Fake or incentivised reviews presented as genuine, or star-rating manipulation where a platform prohibits it.
• Bought followers, likes, views or any other fake engagement, and clicks on ads or artificial traffic.
• Account creation with false identities, account buying, or getting around CAPTCHA or identity checks.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, anything illegal, adult, harassing or infringing, malware or phishing, and gambling, investment, airdrop farming or MLM schemes.
