How Tasklify works: small online tasks, real people, fast payouts

Tasklify is a micro-task marketplace. Businesses post small pieces of online work, such as testing an app or answering a survey, and fund the reward up front. People around the world pick those tasks, do them in a few minutes and get paid when the work is approved. Here is the whole flow, from both sides.

For workers: how you get paid for small tasks

1. Create a free account. Sign up, confirm your email and set your country. The feed then shows only tasks you are eligible for.
2. Pick and reserve a task. Each card shows the reward, estimated minutes, device and proof required. Reserving holds a slot for you for the task’s time limit.
3. Do the work and submit proof. Follow the steps exactly and upload what the task asks for: screenshots, a link, a short text answer or a screen recording.
4. Get reviewed. The employer approves, asks for one round of changes, or rejects with a written reason within the review window shown on the task.
5. Withdraw in USDT. Approved rewards go to your balance. From $5 you can withdraw USDT on the network your wallet supports.

What the feed shows you

You never scroll past tasks you cannot do. The feed filters out anything restricted to other countries or devices, tasks that need a higher approval rate or more completed tasks than you have, tasks you already did, and your own tasks. Tasks paying $1 or more appear to Plus members first, for about 60 minutes.

Limits for new accounts

A free account can submit 3 tasks per day. The number of tasks you can hold reserved at the same time grows with your level, which is based on approved tasks:

For businesses: how posting a task works

1. Top up your balance. Add funds by card through Stripe, from $10. Your first deposit gets a 10% bonus (up to $5) for tasks.
2. Describe the task. Write a clear title, the steps to follow, a link if needed and exactly what proof you expect.
3. Choose who can take it. Limit by country, device, minimum approval rate and completed tasks, and set how often one person may repeat it.
4. Set reward and quantity, then publish. You see the total before paying: rewards × slots plus the 12% service fee, and the optional Boost if you want top placement.
5. Review submissions. Approve, bulk-approve, request changes or reject with a reason. You only pay for approved work; unused slots return to your balance.

Where the money sits

When a business publishes a task, the full reward for every slot plus the service fee is taken from its balance and held. Nothing goes to a worker until their submission is approved. If a task closes with slots unfilled, the unused rewards go back to the business balance. Workers see pending rewards separately from their withdrawable balance, so there is no confusion about what can be cashed out.

Reviews, changes and disputes

• Written reasons. An employer can only reject for a reason tied to the published instructions, and must state it.
• One round of changes. Instead of rejecting, an employer can ask for a fix once; the worker resubmits before a deadline.
• Auto-approve. Businesses can switch it on so that submissions not reviewed in time are approved automatically.
• Disputes. A worker can dispute a rejection within 7 days. Our team reviews the instructions and proof and makes the final call, normally within 48 hours.
